Service is good and prompt but tends to be heavier in flavors. Affordability is definitely a positive draw, and there are several options that are really wallet friendly for an air conditioned restaurant place! Thee lasagna for example was only 90 php! There are also many pastries and a good place to shop for food snacks as souvenirs for gifting. There are also many outlets for Quan all over Bacolod!

This is my childhood place came back after 20 years and shocked how they maintained the place clean and comfy to dine. The service is not that fast and they were a little bit grumpy
